Help with reading

It's finals week, and as summer quickly approaches, I'm thinking of celebrating in my usual way: reading a novel.

But what to read? I'm having a hard time deciding. And then I thought: surely there's an app out there that will tell me. Or will at least suggest something.

Behold: What should I read next? I'm currently adding titles to see what they recommend.

Update: Um, I kind of think its database is kind of limited. I'm not getting great recommendations. I mean, like they're suggesting I read the Complete Works of Shakespeare. Not that there's anything wrong with that. It's just not what I had in mind.

I'm planning on celebrating the same way! The downside to being an English major is that I hardly ever have time to read for pleasure. I've been accumulating books all school year to read come summer. I'm staring with 'Special Topics in Calamity Physics' (have you read?) I've heard good things. Then I think I'll read some Kafka on my flight to Prague (as he said, Prague was his city) so it only seems fitting.

Have you read The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao yet? I had a lot of fun with it.

I clicked over here from my RSS reader to recommend exactly those two books.

Since those have been taken, can I recommend Vineland? It might fall a little bit on the Complete Works of William Shakespeare side of things, but so far I have found it lovely.

I'd suggest anything by Lisa See. Peony in Love was a great read.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions, everyone! That Junot Diaz novel was on my mind a few months ago. Hmmm. Maybe that one.
